These ARE the Official Rules. You must listen and respect them.

OFFICIAL RULES

1: Posting
a: No double posting, unless for a good reason. Such as, if you post the next day, because no one is responding. However, if you do not double post for a good reason, you will be notified. This may be ended in a minor punishment if it comes down to that.
b: Italics, bold,underline, etc. are on here, possibly annoying to use. They require 2 clicks, unless you highlight the section, then click. Just remember to do the 2 clicks.
c: No excessive smiley usage. This is highly annoying to people, and you shall be notified if you are excessively using smileys.

2.Characters:
a: You must have gotten your character accepted before roleplaying. This is not as minor as most rules, and might be ended with punishments of a sort. Whether you are adopting, or creating a character, it must be posted or sent correctly, and must be accepted. Denied characters will tell you a reason why. It may just be a blank section you need to fill out.
b:Adopting is not as hard as it may seem. You fill out the form and wait to see if you'll recieve the character. If so, you can start roleplaying with him/her in the correct forum. I not, it may be that another player has gotten the character you wanted.
c: When you create a character, we are not looking for a one word description. We want to know what your character is about. Pictures ARE permitted for use in the descriptions. Either send or post the created character. Posting is preferred, as it is quicker. You may have as many characters as you want, but if they're not played, they will go up to be adopted.
d: When you post a character to be adopted, you must include a simple form posted in the forum. There is no exception against this.

3. Interaction
a: Characters can talk to other characters, but may not say anything abbusive or innaproppriate.
b: No powerplaying(moving another player's character without their consent) and no godmodding(playing another person's character)
