Gregor McLain: Starting out new isn't easy to do. So I don't know about this. Mom decided 3 months ago, we'd move to a smalltown instead of New York City. The school in NYC was not very good. I hope this ones better, considering there aren't many around these days. I roll the window of the car down. The moistness of a new city overcomes me, and I almost pass out. My face goes icy-cold, even with the damp heat in the city. The new school lies atop a great hill. The structure is old, and crumbly. I'm scared to go in here. My old fairy school was brilliant, done by a mastermind. Although the teaching was horrid...... I open the door as we slow down. "Gregor! Close your door!" My mom screeches at me. "Yeah, Gregor! Close your door!" My 8 year-old sister, Lindsay mocks me. "C-loo! C-loo!" My baby sister cooes. That meant close. I slam the door and wait for the car to stop completely. When it did, I open the door, and take a step out. The moist are blows in my face, and I take a breath in.
